What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most job I charge $75 an hour It really depends on the job and how long it will take.
I'll be asking a $35 deposit for every estimates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just letting them see what type of person I am Cause I know how it is working with strangers, especially being a woman I have two sisters and my mother, I always stay professional and I let them know I have quality work ,most of all I listen to the customer. I make sure I do exactly what they want me to do
