Our pricing is transparent and tailored to the scope of work. For junk removal and moving, we price based on volume, labor, and distance — often offering flat-rate options for smaller jobs. For property management, pricing is customized depending on the level of service (short-term rental management, lease-up, or full-service management). We also offer bundled pricing when combining services (clean-out + setup + management). No hidden fees — everything is clearly outlined upfront.
