I have a passion for health and fitness, and I have really made it a lifestyle. I am a certified fitness trainer, and my training consists of a lot of body-weight exercises.
I incorporate my training in circuits and obstacle-course styles. I can train any skill type.
I enjoy seeing others achieve personal fitness goals that they never thought they could. I have a lot of my own equipment, and I love training outside, but indoor training is also good.
