Introduction: PSM provides metal fabricating services to industrial and manufacturing customers from its headquarters and shop facility located at 7539 Hawkinsville Road, Macon, Georgia. The company operates from a modern 45,000-square-foot facility. The company's capabilities include custom fabrication of nearly any metal products, including carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and copper. A variety of equipment provides the capability of producing parts and components of many varying combinations of shapes, sizes, and features. PSM's punching equipment allows for countless variations and styles of punched configurations, including circles, rectangles, squares and countersunk. The company's shearing services allow the formation of carbon steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel, copper and other alloys in steel and plate form. PSM's rolling equipment has the capacity to roll plate, sheet metal, I-beams, angle iron, channel iron, and bar stock. To expedite the cutting of metal shapes, the company's computerized equipment is capable of cutting various detailed configurations. In addition to just-in-time custom fabrication, PSM is a full-time contracting firm, encompassing many different disciplines in industrial and commercial contracting. Four Field Service Project Managers are responsible for maintaining relationships with the key customer base and responding to requests from potential new customers. Depending on the project, field service jobs are scheduled months in advance or on an emergency basis. PSM has ten teams with fully stocked trucks with tools and equipment to get the job done. The company quotes projects on both firm quotes and on a time and material basis.
