Introduction: Mediation is a process which allows all parties to express their concerns and work through issues using a third-party neutral or mediator. As a mediator, I facilitate the communication and hopefully you will come to a mutual agreement to resolve the dispute. My areas of experience include debt, real estate, elder care, and equine, but I am open to any area of conflict. The most important aspect of mediation is not the subject matter, but the path to communication.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is quoted on a case by case basis. Different situations call for different fees. Variables would be travel time and distance, office space, amenities, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with someone who has never been to mediation, I explain the process, but I also educate about how it will benefit them.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always worked in people oriented businesses: banking, real estate, mortgage origination, investments, etc. I have had to help people in some way in each of these areas to resolve some kind of issue and got great satisfaction in this. When trying to decide the best way to utilize my skills, I discovered mediation and knew that this is the path for me.
