My nest shutoff and my house was super hot in this summer heat. I had another contractor scheduled to come who had poor communication for 3 days so I decided to search on here for a new technician. Darian not only responded within minutes of my post but he made a same day house call at 10pm in the evening to ensure my AC was fixed and by the time he left had it working wonderfully. He communicated so well every step of the way, ensuring I’m aware of where he is, what time he was arriving and even checked with me the next day to make sure my AC was working as it should. He also agreed to come out 2 days later as I purchased the wrong filter and it needed to arrive from Amazon so he was gracious to come back without an additional charge. This is truly 24/7 quality service and I’m grateful for his professionalism and urgency to attend to this need!

Darian was very professional. He's a great communicator and keeps you in the loop on what is going on. I was told my unit needed a new compressor but he said that was not the issue got it up and going for a lot less than a compressor. Definitely recommend.
