- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mr. Steakley has been practicing law for over 25 years, including four as a Gwinnett County Assistant District Attorney. He has handled thousands of criminal cases, and we are confident he can provide you with not only the valuable legal advice you seek, but also the aggressive defense you'll need. If you decide to hire us after your free consultation, but can't afford to pay legal fees immediately, we offer an installment program that allows clients to afford legal representation for as little as $199/month. Payments are made automatically and electronically once per month, on the day you choose.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact us if you have any questions before your consultation. You can also contact our Supervising Paralegal, Rosie Steakley. We typically meet with clients by Zoom at a time convenient for them.

Mr. Steakley has been practicing law for over 25 years, including nine as a prosecutor and four as a Gwinnett County Assistant District Attorney. He has handled thousands of criminal cases, from both sides. He's very familiar with the procedures, prosecutors, and judges you will face as your case progresses.
