Terrible experience. They approved a project for production, then after a month of failed attempts, additional delays, and insufficient communications - they cancelled the order, and I have yet to receive a refund. It is advised to avoid this company.

Sent them my engagement ring file and they knocked it out of the park. They sent a video proof before sending the finished product, and advised on the smaller parts of my design which would be more difficult to fabricate. Overall I am very impressed and will be using them agains.
