I have extreme anxiety and PTSD and Mia has helped me immensely with strategies and actual repairing of the soul so I can move on with my trauma and deal with everyday stressors. My rates vary depending on the type of session you book and the duration. I have half hour sessions and one hour sessions. I provide free consultations so we can get to know each other better and figure out what is the best fit for you!

Get to know each other during a free consultation so I can get clear on your goals and obstacles. Then we can get started right away!
