Time I made that 1st payment, the messages stopped immediately. Broken promises and appointments, never visited my son in jail as promised several times and filed papers without first speaking to my son.

This person hired our firm for her son and we worked on this case for 3 months. After we appeared in court, filed motions and worked on his release, the family stopped paying and asked for a refund. When we refused because of the work performed this is their response. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike most other criminal lawyers in Atlanta, I offer payment plans to clients who need them. This gives my clients more flexibility and time to pay for their case or the case of their loved one. After paying a deposit, we allow for monthly payments. If a client does have the ability to pay in full though, we also offer them a discount. This gives our customers more options than most law firms offer.
