- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am a member of International Coach Association and Georgia Coach Association and attend two events per month, am on the Board of Directors for Georgia Coach Association. I teach coaching skills in my Leaders Coaching Leaders program, and run a new coach mastermind. I am also the Ambassador of Coaches Training Institute.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Questions to ask coaches: How many hours of training do you have? Do you have a certification from an accredited institute? Who? What school? How many coaches have went through that school? How many years has the school taught coach training? How many hours have you coached? How many clients have you coached? What other certifications do you have? What coach-specific associations are you a member? What leadership roles have you had in the community? Lastly, interview two to three coaches and ask for a sample session. Sometimes these are free and sometimes for a smaller fee.
