Jake was the perfect guy for the job! My piano hadn't been tuned since the 90s. Jake took a look at it and plainly told me what needed to get done. He took the hammers to his shop, and now my piano sounds excellent! Would highly recommend, not just for tuning, but for full-inspection. Jake is a builder, so he understands the piano's inner mechanisms beautifully and was able to bring mine back to life!
