Our pricing depends on the size and condition of the property, the type of cleaning, and any additional services requested. We always try to make everything clear before the appointment. We may also offer different rates for recurring customers depending on the frequency of service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first learn about the size of the home, the type of cleaning needed, and the customer’s main priorities. When necessary, we ask for photos so we can better understand the condition of the property. After that, we confirm the scope, pricing, and schedule before assigning the team.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our experience comes from hands-on work in the cleaning industry since 2022. Over time, we have developed our own cleaning, organization, and customer service processes, along with internal standards to help maintain consistency and quality across our team.
