- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project starts with a free, detailed written quote before any work begins — no hidden fees or surprise charges added later. Pricing includes both materials and installation, so the number you see is the number you pay. We offer a discount for full-scope projects (e.g., multiple windows/doors or window+renovation combos) versus single-item jobs. A deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a walkthrough or phone consultation to understand the scope, take accurate measurements, and discuss product options. From there, we provide a detailed written quote broken down by item and labor. Once approved, we schedule the work, keep the customer updated at each stage, and do a final walkthrough together before closing out the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from 7+ years of hands-on work in construction, window and door installation, and full home renovation projects — including direct experience working with major manufacturers and suppliers to ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications and holds up long-term.
