The advice I have for the customer looking to hire a provider for the services I have to provide are to be very descriptive in the services they are requesting as much as possible. Set the appropriate mind set as to how much you think the job is worth and when you get the quote from the provider be open to ask questions as to why is that the set price of services performed. That will give a better understanding of what the customer is paying for.
