- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Just remember the more time between visits, the more dirt on your windows, which means I have to scrub harder, in turn charge more. The more frequent I come, the less I charge, since the windows will ultimately NOT be as dirty on the next cleaning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's not a seasonal career. Landscapers lose work when the seasons change. I can keep coming back. Also, I cannot stand filthy windows. I typically will not do business with a business who doesn't take pride in a clean storefront.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Window Cleaning, with cleanup of any drips, or drops I leave as I work. NO slippery floors left behind. That's it.
