We do all home repairs, and we are maintenance professionals. We also offer interior and exterior painting, decks, gutters, kitchens, baths, basements, fixtures, plumbing, and electrical services. We can also work on rotten wood, and we can repair gas lines, install heaters and much more. As of yet, we've never had an unhappy customer, and that should say a lot in this amount of time. We will give you the best service in our area of work. Our clients range from mayors to judges and down to home folks like myself. So don't be hesitant in calling for our services. My 2-story house in Kennesaw, GA needed an exterior paint job. Because of the inferior quality paint job of the former painting company, the trim was in bad shape. Much of the trim had not been primed, and coverage was thin as if it had been watered down. Some of the wood was in need of repair and some of it required a 3-story ladder to reach. I did not know where to turn for a new painter, and wanted to avoid companies like the previous one. I read Dorsel's review and his pride in his work showed through. I felt he was the best route as the "professional painting company" treated my job as just another 2-day project and moved on. And, if Dorsel proved himself on this job, I'd have more work for him. Dorsel came out and gave me a fair, reasonable quote on the job - he was not the least expensive, but I've learned you get what you pay for, and thought I'd give him a chance to prove to me what a quality job would look like. He's particular and detailed oriented - that mattered to me - it was worth it! I think he did more work than he anticipated, but it wasn't a problem. I think Dorsel can fix, paint, repair anything - very knowledgable, and tries to help you save money by pointing out what's worth it and what's not. I think you could trust his experience with any maintenance job. I'm happy with the results. I could see the paint coverage was much better, wood that needed replacing was replaced (not hidden under a coat of paint). I have a long list of other projects I need help with - he's the one I'll trust to do it right.

Mr Frady hand painted my house so it saved me money for the paint cost. He was extremely honest about the problems outside my home with the gutters and a broken window. He was able to repair and replace those items and at a fair price. I didn't have an issue on time line, so he was able to be very thorough. I am using him to replace my french doors next week!

The work was done within a reasonable time. I was impressed with their detail and care for their craftsmanship. I paid them more than original quote because of their detail and honesty. They truly make a lot of young people look lazy and rushed.

Dorsel built a roof over my back porch and a fence and replaced some siding and even noticed some over small things that needed fixing and didn't charge for them.We not only got good work done,but made a friend.He is teaching John to learn the business.The only complaint that bothered me was not with his work.But he is not a morning person.I would hire him again.Good manners,trustworthy and can fix anything.Reasonable rates.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not hard at all. Material and time for delivering and hand picking the material so you get the best possible for the money paid which at average is close to what they deliver it for , except they grab any type material. Then I figure The estimated time to complete the job. I total up hourly wage for 3 skilled tradesman and add a percentage for insurance or any special equipment, which we have most of , and submit estimate to the home owner. No estimator software . .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
finding exactly what they want snd putting it all together and giving best cost posible without cutting prices just to get the jobs. no one ever benifits from cutting the price just to get the work in the end it ruins relationship of you and them and the clients. everyone wants it cheap and if they want to do them so cheap ill give them a job and they can quite ruinning the ecomeny by cutting others throats ,let someone bid the job and then they can do it. everyone wins then
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
yes you have to . codes change from year to year and you cant miss one year or whoops your building blocks just tumbled and you must start again
