- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job will require an in person estimate. It is impossible to give an accurate estimate with pictures or videos.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will speak with the customer via phone/text/email to discuss the job. We will then set a date and time for me to come look at the job to give an accurate estimate. Thorough communicate will be kept until the job is finished.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been doing tree work since I was 12 years old.
