I was so lucky to find this pro! I received several quotes, but he gave me the most fair, non-competitive price right from the start. Because his quote was so reasonable, I was actually able to upgrade to a better water heater with a 9-year warranty instead of the 6-year models everyone else was offering. He was very transparent with everything from the beginning. He diagnosed the issue perfectly from the photos I sent and was available to do the job the very same day, though I asked him to come the following morning instead. Even though the installation became complicated because the new tank was a different size, he handled everything perfectly without a single complaint. He is extremely respectful and responds to messages instantly. On top of the great work, he provides free estimates and also does bathroom remodeling—I will definitely be hiring him again for future projects. If you want an honest, skilled professional who actually cares about the job, hire him!
