- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive, however we never compromise the quality we extend to each and every client. We do offer a la carte pricing and bundle pricing for our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typical suggest meeting via Zoom, Skype or phone to better understand your needs and goals. Once the initial consultation is completed we can you email of the options you can take advantage of as a client of FYE Finance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner has a MBA in Finance and is a certified Green Belt in Six Sigma. We have experience specific areas such as payroll accounting, GL accounting, business license procurement and business budgeting and more.
