The tech Lester was great 😃 from the beginning to the end. I will definitely be using their service again. He was very professional and knowledgeable about my appliances and when I had questions he had an answer. He was great.

I have really hesitated to submit this review because Lester and his wife were so nice and are really good people. I contracted him to repair a refrigerator that he said was not worth repairing. However, he had a used refrigerator that I could purchase off of him in exchange for my broken refrigerator. We agreed for me to purchase the use refrigerator. He installed it and the refrigerator Stopped working within about a months time. Luckily, the purchase came with a warranty, or so I thought. They did email me a warranty however have yet to come back to repair the refrigerator. I purchased the refrigerator July 2023 and we are now in December 2023 and I have yet to have a working refrigeration unit. The freezer works fine, but everything spoils in the refrigerator because it doesn’t get cold. I went through a holiday without a refrigerator, having to keep food on top of a deep freezer in the garage as I’ve been laid off I don’t have the money to buy another refrigerator. All of my calls and text to LESTER have been ignored so I’m left with no choice but to take this to court. I wish I could leave a good review for the service but unfortunately, my service received was a big disappointment.
