The philosophy of the firm is to provide our clients with a high level of sercice; to raise the level of design; to improve the quality of spaces being built, while expanding the knowledge and expectations of our clients and ourselves during the process.
We believe in design excellence based on the needs of the end user, existing conditions, context, program, budget and environmental issues. We can produce distinctive design solutions that respond to the unique requirements of each facility as well as the goals of the program.
Over the last few years Shane Persaud and Shailesh Kalyan have discussed the idea of collaborating and merging their talents and experience. They finally decided to pull the trigger!
May 2021 marks the official date of the partnership. In addition to owning and operating Building Design Partnership, LLC Shane has come on board with Studio 78, LLC as a Principal and Managing Partner.
The synergy and knowledge that both Shailesh and Shane bring to the table means more value and a broader experience for our clients. Shailesh's background in hospitality, car dealerships, multi family facilities, combined with Shane's experience in retail, healthcare and residential projects provides a win win for our clients, contractors and end users.

Our first meeting (Discovery) is always a free consultation. Visiting the site is the best way to determine the scope of work and we ask a lot of questions.
