- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every home or renovation project is priced after meeting with the customer to have a full understanding of exactly what they want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On renovation projects, we measure and draw the rooms as built, then we offer drawings with multiple options. With new homes, we can assist in finding a plan, adjust any of our existing plans or build from the customers plans. We draw all of our plans to adjust the home as the customer wants. After plans or designs are chosen, we put together fully detailed pricing for the project.

Associates Degree in Architecture, draftsman for ten years, twenty years of home construction experience.
