- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer all-inclusive pricing, meaning I literally provide everything and do my best to get exactly what you as the customer are requesting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get a general idea of what the customer is looking for. When it comes to mobile bars, there are a plethora of options, so to ensure that the customer is happy, I/we, come up with a game plan that works.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my certificate to bartend from ABC Bartending School in Chicago, IL in 2010.
