James is an one man army. He just needs to be given the requirement and he will take care of the rest. I did my master bedroom bathtub to walk in shower remodel and really happy with his work. Will call him again for the second bathroom remodeling as well.

Initial review: Paid in full then when it was time to complete the job, never heard back.

Updated review based off business' response: Kept the review very generic, however, please see the attached text messages of me reaching out to this company for over a week with no response. As the messages show, it was already discussed that this company would return once the faucet arrived and as previously stated, the work was already paid for in full. I did not even mention how I had to hire someone else to fix something this company "supposedly" had fixed but as you can see in the messages, when I first tried to get this company to go back out, they never responded and then I let them know someone else responded and still nothing. Furthermore, I only heard back from this company today, AFTER leaving reviews and the response was so unprofessional I didn't even want the money back at that pint. First I get graphic images taking about a broken hand, then I get the excuse of "just got back into town". I am very understanding and reasonable and those messages could have been sent last week as I was repeatedly calling and texting, let me know if the call log needs to be posted as well.
