Hello and good afternoon. my name is Louise from Chef Weezys Cuisine. I've been cooking since I was about 12 years old; my mother used to run a catering business, and I'm originally from New York. I moved to Georgia at the end of December 2004 and began working on January 1, 2005, I worked for the DOD of the USA army as a cook, feeding close to 2-3000 soldiers twice a day. I also worked at two hospitals on Fort Stewart as the lead cook/supervisor, where I had to feed the patients and the staff. I also worked for Chili's and Buffalo's as a lead cook. I moved to Atlanta Georgia in 2014 where started working as CNA while trying to get my catering business up and running Cooking is my passion I love talking care of others I have 3 children,my husband is retired military US army of 21yrs. if you give me a chance I promise you won’t be disappointed and we can do business together .

I called Chef Weezy a week before our event and she was able to accommodate an outstanding meal for our staff holiday lunch. The food looked great and was delicious: baked chicken, salmon, garlic mashed potatoes (my favorite!), rice pilaf, green beans, and salad. We ate well! Thank you Chef Weezy!

Chef Weezy and her team are amazing! I had an event on January 5, 2023 but somehow gave her Jany 6th. I called at 3:30 and realized my date was wrong, rather than just say "I can't helped you" she jumped all over it and said, "I can start now but I won't be able to get there until 6:30." She and her team arrived around 7, set everything up and the Food was absolutely amazing. Pretty much saved my guests from starving because the event was advertised that food would be onsite. She went above and beyond for me and that was the first time I ever used her, so I can imagine the service her repeat customers get. In words: customer-focused, caring, reliable, responsive, professional. My first experience was just an absolute pleasure and I can't wait until the next one.
