ServSafe certified (Required by the health department) and over 30 years experience in food and beverage!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in the restaurant business for over 30 years and I started doing catering because my pastor asked if I could help feed our church family on Wednesday nights.(6years later) I feed 100+ every Wednesday night and enjoy every minute of it!
