I have over 25 years experience in the restaurant and catering business. I left managing NY Prime 3 years ago, so I could spend more time with my family. Since I left the business, I started volunteering to cook at my church. In doing so, I have started a catering business by accident! This has spawned Courtney's Kitchen (named after my little girl). I have been getting a lot of requests to cater events from 50 to 400 people and have had nothing but great reviews. I have great prices and only use fresh ingredients. Quinn is THE BEST! He responds very quickly to calls & texts, great ideas, outstanding food , personable, honest and dependable. He catered my sons off to basic training party and helped make the party memorable. Next he is catering a birthday dinner for a friend and I know it will be fabulous . Quinn is catering my wedding in October - he has been so helpful. He has worked around my fiance's milk allergy and even traveled an hour to provide a tasting! So looking forward to his food at my wedding!

Chef Quinn worked with the Ola High Band Boosters to put together a fabulous meal for our band banquet. The food was fresh and delicious. He didn't have a problem finding palatable alternatives for those who requested a vegeterian meal or a gluten free one. The food and service were excellent... and we couldn't have beat the price if we tried. All in all, Chef Quinn helped us easily exceed the expectations of those who attended the banquet.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out clients exact needs, set up time to meet then set up a time for a tasting, book event, get final guest count week before event. Exceed clients expectation day of event. Get paid!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ServSafe certified (Required by the health department) and over 30 years experience in food and beverage!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in the restaurant business for over 30 years and I started doing catering because my pastor asked if I could help feed our church family on Wednesday nights.(6years later) I feed 100+ every Wednesday night and enjoy every minute of it!
