FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Straightforward, Honest Pricing—No Surprises. When it comes to pricing, I keep things simple, fair, and upfront. I believe you deserve to know exactly what you're paying for—before the work begins. Here's what you can expect: Free Estimates: I offer free quotes on new system installs and replacements. I’ll assess your needs, explain your options, and provide a clear, detailed estimate. No Hidden Fees: You won’t find surprise charges on your final bill. What we agree on is what you pay. Affordable Service Calls: I charge a modest diagnostic fee to cover my time and travel, which is waived if you move forward with the repair. Competitive Rates: Because I operate independently, I’m able to keep my overhead low—and pass those savings on to you. No big-company markups. Military & Senior Discounts: I proudly offer discounts to veterans, active-duty military, and seniors as a small thank-you for your service and contributions. Maintenance Plans Available: Ask about my seasonal maintenance packages—they’re designed to save you money and prevent costly breakdowns down the line. I’ll always walk you through the pricing and make sure you're comfortable before I start any work. My goal is to earn your trust and make sure you feel confident every step of the way.

You’ll get a clear recommendation based on what’s best for your home, not my sales quota.
