I really appreciated how empathetic and honest my service tech, Terraine, was about the cost of repairs. He didn’t just give me one option he offered multiple solutions to help save me money. He showed up same day, right on time, and took his time troubleshooting the issue thoroughly, spending far more time on it than most would. I’ll definitely be using his services again. In fact, I think I just found my go-to for all future AC maintenance.

So my home warranty basically told me that my unit was done for and that I needed a new one, which didn't make sense to me. I contacted Terraine and he responded within 5 minutes, got to my home promptly the day after a holiday and diagnosed that I only needed some maintenance and a new capacitor, saving me thousands of dollars that the warranty was not going to cover for a new unit. His work is very high standard, he communicates and explains what went wrong and why it went wrong and he even came back the next day (for free) to change some fuses. He knows exactly what's wrong with your system and definitely has the customer interest at heart. I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone nor use his services again. His prices are very affordable. To make a long story short, use his services and you won't be disappointed.
