What a great experience. Responded to us outside business hours when our furnace went out and was on site the following day. Straightforward about what needed to be fixed, explained routine maintenance to me. Will definitely be using their services again! Highly recommend!

Our AC stopped working on a Friday night - of course we panicked because it has been the hottest it’s been all summer and we were going into the weekend. Within a minute of my inquiry, I got a response and the problem was fixed by 12pm Saturday. Very professional, knowledgeable, and affordable. I also appreciated that we received a very transparent explanation of the problem in a way that was easy to understand and a thorough explanation of what our repair options were. Hopefully nothing happens again any time soon, but if it does, I will be calling this company again. Thank you!!

Terraine was great. I am a Realtor and I was representing my buyer in the purchase of their new home. Our home inspector said the A/C was not cooling and suggested getting an HVAC contractor to check it out. I must have contacted 10 people, but Terraine was the quickest to respond, the most professional, and offered the best price! He was able to meet us the next day to look at the unit, and gave us a couple of different options for repairing or replacing it. It had a leak that needed needed to be fixed and then have refrigerant added. We went back to the seller and asked for the repair, and they had their own contractor do it to cut costs, so unfortunately, we weren’t able to hire Terraine to do the work. But, he agreed to come back out after the work was done and make sure that the system was cooling efficiently. He confirmed the repair has been completed and that the system was cooling, so he was honest with us, and I really appreciated that. I will definitely recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service or repair.

Terraine is very friendly and thoughtful, he do an examine of the HVAC, explained and guide me through everything to make sure we are on same boat. I did asked him about other things in the house beside repair A/C and he answered all of them. I would to contact him again for the future for replacing the HVAC if I decide to.
