My basement air conditioning unit was leaking water from the bottom. Chase came by quickly, examined the unit and determined a fix. Although the original issue continued after he'd performed service, he was immediately receptive of my follow-up call, and made an appointment to come back the next day under the same service rate. He arrived on time (he was early), and stayed until all of the leaking water was gone and we'd tested the system. Three days later the water is gone and no longer leaking. Chase is also very personable and presented himself very professionally. I'd recommend him to others.

Love this guys! Hire him. Fair and honest. Instead of telling me my only option would be to replace the coil or entire unit, he gave me the option of trying a freon leak stop fluid. I opted for that and he added freon for $200. Will definitely be using him for my future rentals! Thanks Chase! :)
