Event Planning
My encounter with Frills & Chills was the most jubilant experience I ever had. I mean literally. It was more than an event that was just planned. This event was executed perfectly. I reached out to Kayla, the week of my anniversary. Once we chatted over the phone for an hour I knew then that I made the right choice. Every detail was noticeable! OMG my husband couldn’t stop bragging about how elegant fly and classy our dinner party was. All of guest gave comments all night. What a wonderful gift 🎁

I had such a great experience using Frills and Chills events for my son’s 2nd birthday! Due to the pandemic we had to host a virtual zoom party and it was a success! Everyone complimented everything from the detailed decorations, balloons and the beautiful cake! At first when I was planning the party, I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do with my theme but Kayla shared her thoughts and ideas providing me with all details in a rendering. I was quite impressed with her professional experience she provided! I would highly recommend Frills and Chills events and will be using them again for my next event!

Everything was perfect! From my first impression, to the planning & to executing my event. Kayla is professional, kind, very knowledgeable in event planning & truly cares about her clients. (I inquired with other companies & they treated me like another number) Saying she’s amazing will be an understatement! This entire pandemic has literally made things so difficult & she made everything a breeze by helping me plan my social distancing Birthday picnic on the 4th of July. She made sure I was able to interact with my guests at the state requirements of being 6 feet apart & we still had an awesome time! I honestly couldn’t have done it without her! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I always start with a FREE consultation! Then when it’s decided that we’re going to work to get together, we’ll both sign our contract. After that the fun begins, I send over a rendering of my ideas, I provide you with a time line and samples.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a bachelors degree in Hospitality management, A certification in Sales and Marketing as well as an Event planner certification. On top of that over 10 years of experience!
