Kayla paid meticulous attention to every detail, big and small, for my daughters sweet 16. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything we requested was fulfilled. The event was beautifully curated, decorated, and executed flawlessly.

My experience with Kayla was great! She was a pleasure to work with and I loved the fact that she was very personable and kept me from have a melt down several times!! I told her what my vision was for my daughter's babyshower and she came through for me. My guests loved the decor. I will definitely use her again for future events.

If you are looking for someone to help you with planning an event and the overall design, look no further than Kayla.
I absolutely cannot recommend her enough. I reached out to see if she would be able to help me put together a nice setup for a surprise Hibachi themed birthday dinner. This was my first time working with an event planner/designer so I pretty much gave her full creative control. I loved that she had a portal to make it easy to look things over. I also really appreciated her communication and how available she was to speak with me anytime I had a question or just wanted to run a thought by her.
Kayla made this entire experience such a blast. I was literally counting down because I was so ready to see the vision come to life! And let me tell you… Kayla did not disappoint in any way shape or form. She literally had me at a loss for words. It wasn’t even just the execution as much as it was all the details and thought she put into the setup. I planned a pretty small gathering but man she nailed it ten times over. Even the chef was impressed with the decorations.
I HIGHLY recommend you contact Kayla for your needs because she will not disappoint. It was such a pleasure working with her. She made the entire process so easy and I can’t thank her enough for working so well with me to pull off such a great surprise dinner. I will absolutely be contacting her again for future events. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Downloadable pdf brochure available with preset packages. This can be found on our website.
We also work your budget to provide a custom package.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a FREE consultation! Then when it’s decided that we’re going to work to get together, we’ll both sign our contract. After that the fun begins, I send over a rendering of my ideas, I provide you with a time line and samples.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Hospitality management, A certification in Sales and Marketing as well as an Event planner certification. On top of that over 10 years of experience!
