I was looking for a pest control company and had reached out to a few different providers, but Andrew from DAPs called me back almost immediately. Originally, I planned to get multiple quotes, but after speaking with him, I didn’t even bother continuing with the others. Andrew was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. He walked me through everything he was doing and assured me that if I saw any pests after the treatment, they would come back because they don’t consider the job done until the issue is resolved. That level of accountability meant a lot to me. What really stood out was the extra care he took. He even pointed out that he had knocked down spiderwebs around the house, including some in higher areas I knew were there. I watched him work, and he absolutely did not rush through the job. Overall, I thought Andrew was spectacular. I’m very happy I called DAPs, and as long as I stay pest-free, they’ll absolutely continue to be my pest control service moving forward.

My experience with Andrew was top tier. He was on time, polite, courteous, and willing explained all of the problem areas he noticed during the service. My initial call was made to remove a bee hive above my garage, but I decided to pursue full service pest control with their company.
