Kahmari replied to my request for service quickly, and arrived to diagnose the problem later that day. After explaining the trouble, I explained I was paying forvthisvtepairvforvan old lady who can’t afford it. He was able to find an inexpensive solution, and installed a remanufactured unit the next day at 1/4 the price of a new unit. He was very polite and understanding, efficient and prompt. Thank you so much for providing a great experience. I HIGHLY recommend this company!
