At the completion of this project (Dec 22), we conducted a full walkthrough and no issues were identified at that time. You also thanked us for completing the initial project in a timely manner since there was a urgent deadline you emphasized, and even mentioned that we did an outstanding job meeting it despite the last minute booking. The wardrobe drawers were inspected during our walkthrough as well, and when you reached out (Jan 10) we sincerely apologized and agreed to revisit the drawer while discussing an additional project you were interested in hiring us for. Furthermore, when you initially requested that two technicians be assigned, we accommodated that request and sent an additional technician to ensure everything met expectations. We always encourage clients to report any concerns immediately so we can address them on-site or schedule a prompt follow-up. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction, and we remain open to resolving any outstanding issues.
