This young guy came on time with a big smile, at our appointment, after visiting the place, gave me a time for working on project. Few days later he showed up early morning and finshed the job by noon. I cheked his work, looked nice. He cleaned took away debris. And left with the same smile. He did the job nicely with quick respond and fair price. I'm a property manager, so I allways need somebody who quickly solve emergency issues either himself or one of his crews. I'm happy to have him as my handyman or when comes to remodeling and renovation.

Eric and his team did an amazing job with my 3 bathrooms. He installed the tile, vanitys toilets, molding, and painting the molding. This guy knows what he's doing. We asked him to use ditra subfloor instead of concrete board and he installed it perfectly. Everything is even and flat, he used levelers to make sure there was no lippage on the tile. Total cost for demolition and all work listed above was very reasonable price 👍

Erick was very responsive and quick to do our gutter cleaning. His price was well in the range he quoted, and even though we weren’t home when he did the job, he sent pictures to let us know how it went. Communicating with him was fast and easy!
