What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very competitive pricing and $100 discount to all veterans on jobs over $1500
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a time and date to meet customer at the home to take measurements. I then will walk around with the customer and explain what work we will be doing and give them a price as well as email them an estimate. Customer does not need to be at home if not available as all I have to do is walk around outside and take measurements. I will email the estimate and call them afterwards.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have 22 years experience in light commercial and residential gutter and sheet metal.
