We had a problem with our clothes dryer not heating. And, of course, our warranty had run out a few months ago. I contacted Fix it Pro after reading all the positive reviews. Charlton came out, diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. The part came in on Sunday and Charlton offered to come out Sunday evening to make the repair. My wife and I had dinner plans for that evening but Charlton agreed to come out Tuesday evening. He didn’t get to us until after 8 and I really appreciated him going the extra mile for us. He made the repair and all is well. Excellent work and customer service.

My dryer's belt broke and Mr. Andrew responded quickly and even picked up a new belt on his way. I appreciate the quick response and getting my dryer working again. I would use Mr. Andrew again for future appliance repair.

Hired Fix it Pro to cover my deck. I appreciated that he mentioned options. I went with a prefab kit. He guided me in choosing the proper item and he installed it in no time. So far, so good with the installation. He left the work site in order and clean.
