Quick to respond, provided timely estimate, and had near term availability for project, but the quote for labor alone was well over double what it should have been (and verified by other contractors). When breakdown of costs was requested, I received a flat rate with no explanation of how he arrived to that amount. Made me doubt he understood the ask.
