- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For all first time customers, there are preliminary fees in addition to service fees that are discussed. Service prices are negotiated and based upon square footing, need and services provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are provided a complete list of services and pertinent company information. We will discuss your needs and how Bright and Brilliant services can meet those needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
