- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices indicated on the site are a base quote. Customer requirements vary. However, we take pride on being reasonably priced in such a competitive market. We value repeate customers. The 5 cleaning is always half off within the first 90 days of your initial service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We value new customers! Once a customer has confirmed they would like to work with us, we provide an introductory call. This call introduces who we are, confirm the customer desires, and reconfirm the scheduled date and time. Prior to arrival, the customer will receive a courtesy call/text confirming the staff is in route. Upon arrival, there will be a walk through of the property to confirm the desired task which ensures accuracy of the invoice. This also provides the client the ability to make any desired changes. Before and after photos are taken. Upon completion of thr job, a final walk through is done to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Hired Help Cleaning Solution is a family owned and operated business. With an eye for organizing and the skill set of keeping things neat and tidy, the business was created in 2020 and the staff has grown tremendously.
