I appreciate palatial being able to supply service when she could but Palatial had a hard time following instructions. I requested my 1 bedroom and bathroom be basic cleaned she went in and cleaned the master bedroom and bath willing was not detailed to her for a reason. So confused at why she took it upon herself to clean a second bedroom when only one room and bath, living room and kitchen was detailed to her. Also confused as to why she did not ask if it was required before cleaning it at her leisure and then texting me as if she was supposed to charge me for it AFTER, I told her the second room was not to be touched. I gave her detailed and concise parking, cleaning, entry instructions over the phone and text and it all was disregarded. My guest also informed me there were no clean towels left as I ask her to do.
