I needed last minute cleaning service. It was late, an apartment move out had taken way too much of our time and energy and we had to deliver keys the next day. Zafiro’s provided a fair price for a next morning move out clean. They got us to the finish line of a really hectic move out and I will forever be grateful and did a great job!

Overall they did good But they left off a few things. This is what the homeowner said: Ok I just got home. The house looks good and smells good. They didn’t do any baseboards, which they told Jimmie they didn’t do. Did some baseboards in our bathroom but not all of them, and actually did the baseboards in the hall. Kitchen base cabinets look good. Top kitchen cabinets look good but did not do the top of the doors on the top cabinets. Didn’t wipe down the chair rail in the kitchen or mud room, did wipe down some chair rail in the dining room. But all in all it looks good.

I recently had a c-section and reached out to this cleaning service based on their reviews and the services they provide as well as their fair pricing. However, the fact that my husband had to ask what they cleaned is enough to explain how poor of a job that was done. 1) The person that originally was expected to come, did not come and sent another associate instead. It also went from 2 people cleaning my home to 1 person. The cleaner was nice but she could've done a better job. 2) The cleaner started with cleaning 1 bathroom and I did not see her change her gloves once and she went to clean and make the bed of my daughter's room next. I asked her if she changed her gloves but I did not get a clear answer due to a language barrier but she made it seem as if she had. I even provided her with gloves myself to drive the point that I wanted gloves changed between cleaning certain areas. 3) I already keep my home clean but my mobility was limited which is why I asked for outside help (likely my first and last time doing that). However, I will be moving soon and specifically wanted my baseboards cleaned which were barely touched although it was listed as an area that would be cleaned. I asked the cleaner if she cleaned the baseboards and she said she did when she mopped (-_-). So you mean when you swipe by with the mop it's what is being considered "cleaning the baseboards." WTF! Considering the baseboards were the main reason why I hired outside help and that's the one thing that wasn't done really pissed me off. Furthermore, my husband didn't even want me to hire a cleaning service in the first place but I did anyway and then for him to question what was cleaned?! (-_-) So 2 stars simply because there was some cleaning done and the cleaner was nice (my 3 y.o. loved her and hugged her several times). I'm now kicking myself because there was someone else that hopefully would've done what I specifically asked for but I went with Zafiro's because they had more to offer. This is a mistake I won't make again. It's always best to go with your first instinct and/or confirm what will actually be done. Lesson learned.
