Susan did an outstanding job staging my northeast Atlanta home at an incredibly affordable price. Her service was expedient, with the entire process of staging my kitchen, dining area, living area, master bedroom and bath, a second bath, and front and back porches being completed within the course of about 3-4 days. Her taste and eye for detail are just impeccable, and she was such a delight to work with. I believe staging my home is the key to getting it sold quickly!

Susan took a bachelor pad and did a wonderful job of blending my likes and a female perspective combined into one . At no time did she influence her own likes but with questions and what my décor was already like came up with a winner!!
I am very pleased with the results and would choose her again and recommend her to anyone who needs help or even another opinion!!
The best part was the cost in doing it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For all services, I charge an initial consultation fee of $250.00.
A typical staging project includes basic cleaning and maintenance with 60 days of furniture rental if needed, placement of accessories and artwork to showcase your home in its best light in order to appeal to the most variety of buyers. Fees for staging start at $3,500.
Fees for Interior design are based on the scope of work, budget and other factors.
Fees for Wedding and special event decor are factored according to budget, design and client preferences.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to tour the property and talk with a potential client first to find out what their lifestyle, their vision for the project, specifics and budget are for the scope of work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my degree in Interior Design from NYIAD and have been staging and decorating homes on a part-time basis for a number of years while working in the legal field. I retired in 2016 and left the legal community to pursue my dream of a creative career in home staging and design. I take workshops, keep up on the latest trends and new products and am constantly exchanging information and learning from other professionals in my field.
