James and Kip were able to clear out a bunch of pallets and construction debris that had accumulated in my backyard in a hour! It probably took them that long to tie down everything appropriately in the truck and trailer. Great attention to detail and certainly wanted my approval. Would definitely hire again!

James was absolutely wonderful! I reached out to him on Thumbtack and he scheduled my appointment for the very next morning. He texted me to let me know he was on his way, and he arrived at the promised time. He was so incredibly kind and hard working. He took several larger furniture items for me and even offered to take a couple of extra bar stools that were damaged at no extra cost. He had the job completed within 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend James and Dumas Transport, and will certainly call upon them if needed in the future for junk removal! Thank you James!

Quote is per truck load (pickup truck). Ask about our multiple truck load discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe strongly in treating people right and with the utmost respect which reflects in my customer service. Communication is very important therefore I am committed to keep them well informed. This includes my expected arrival time, how long the job will take and if there may be an adjustment in price. I make sure they know ahead of time with detailed explanation.
