- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide 10% off for new customers. My fees can range for small notary services starting at $5 up to 2 seals and up starting at $22.00 and can increase, such as: to larger services relating to loans modification or purchases of new real estate or refinance (please call first to determine what price range you fall within).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require a FREE quick intake-consult by phone (less than 10mins) or text or email for us to go over your notary needs - to confirm you receive what you are requesting for the best customer experience and quality in sufficient time, so you get things done moving forward: less stress. I will take notes and recap what your requirements are for you to confirm; dates, time, notary order.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My over 10 years in the mortgage lending industry as a Loan Closer at Bank of America, Wachovia, First Horizon provided experience to different loan products working closely with Underwriters, Title Companies, and Attorneys. I also worked at Suntrust bank in the commercial lending where documentation review was importance for review for internal underwriting team to close on residential or business loans.
