For my daughters 15th Birthday celebration, we had the pleasure of selecting Mr. Monte G. Executive Transportation Services Llc for our dinner party. Monte was very professional, attentive, punctual, and catered to our needs.This was our first party bus experience and Monte made everything so at ease. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Booking requirements are as follows; *4 hour minimum Sunday thru Thursday! *5 hour minimum Friday & Saturday! *Prom minimum 6 hours *Tailgate Parties 10 hour minimum *Any charters over 100 miles will be charged a fuel fee *Credit Card transaction users must provide valid government issued identification at time of booking *A deposit of $150.00 is required upon booking *Hourly rates do not include gratuity *A 20% gratuity will be applied to all reservations
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
