- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first service, I'll do it for whatever price for the customer but I would really love to provide a sample of my cooking before taking on a job. I want the customer to be overly satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see how much they are willing to spend and work with them from there. I enjoy cooking and I'm addicted to the compliments more than the pay!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cooking with seasoning to perfection come naturally to me. I'm a former Louisiana country club chef. I hold a bachelor's in restaurant management and also Servsafe managers certified.
