Chef Stevie Boi made our 28th Wedding Anniversary so special with an amazing dinner. This was a surprise anniversary dinner for my wife and she loved everything. Stevie is an amazing chef. Hired him to do my fiancé brunch. It was amazing he was here 15 mins early. Prepped all the food on the spot. She was very happy and satisfied. Will be hiring him again for a dinner next time.

My wife and I chose to celebrate our 11th anniversary by renting a boat house at the inner harbor in Baltimore. Considering the setting, it felt necessary to have a private meal for our celebration. We were fortunate enough to come across Chef Stevie. Our menu planning was easy, with multiple choices provided. We went with a steak dinner with sides. Pros: Chef came prepared with fresh meat and vegetables. Food was perfectly seasoned and was delicious. Even the hummus, which neither of us had previously tried. Even the risotto was cooked to perfection! All for a price that was well worth it. Cons: My wife's steak was not cooked to the right temperature (she likes well done). Left an unfortunate mess on the stove from a broken pan of cornbread mix. Overall, our experience was a good one.

My pricing is valued mostly on the natural ingredients I use. I love to tell my customers exactly why my prices and discounts are as follows. I work with them regardless their budget in order to be clear on the overall experience.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to introduce myself as a composer of food. This means I create amongst the customer to find exactly what they prefer when it comes to their wishes and overall goals within the dish. I love presentation, as we know you eat with your eyes first!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained by many chefs in the celebrity and culinary industry. I have worked amongst great chefs and I watch at least ten cooking tutorials daily to keep my craft strong.
