- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price is a set monthly fee for 30-minute lessons. Lessons are given once each week. Discounts are given for multiple students in the same immediate family and for military families. All lessons must be prepaid at the beginning of each month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will talk with prospective customers over the phone, text, or email to answer any questions he or she has.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated college with a minor in piano performance. I have been playing the piano over thirty years.
